“欢欢喜喜过大年”，如今在日本，大年不是指农历的春节，而是指公历的新年。在明治维新的“全盘西化”过程中，1872年日本开始采用公历，把农历春节提前到“元旦”。但日本“新年”的习俗中，还可以看到中国传统文化的影子。
